With 13+ years in management, operations and continuous improvement, it’s no wonder Max is described as a passionate, vibrant and resourceful leader by his colleagues in the manufacturing world. From working on the shop floor to pitching technology in the boardroom, Max shapes his career around making a positive impact throughout factories and the frontline’s work life.

- Exceeded expectations three years in a row by delivering an effective go-to-market plan
- Grew company from 15 to 63 employees within 2 years, averaging 7% MoMG and net churn of 0.4%
- Dedicated to building a diverse and equitable company with 46% of the team being women
